At Natural Life, we want all of our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we offer a flexible and easy return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may return the item to us within 30 days of delivery. We will happily provide a full refund, exchange or store credit for any items returned within this time frame.

Please note that returns may only be accepted with the original purchase receipt, tags and packaging still attached, and in an unused condition.

Returning Your Items

We will provide you with a return authorization number and all of the instructions you need to return your item. For items that are being returned to us, please ensure that the package is sent with a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for items that are not received by us.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will be notified via email. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Defects

Gift Returns

All items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
